Recently, Aqua Feeds: Formulation & Beyond, was asked to be the international media sponsor of Asian Aqua Feeds 2005, a seminar organized by the Malaysian Fisheries Society. Dr. Wing-Keong Ng, member of the magazine's Editorial Advisory Board, is playing a lead role in coordinating the technical program of the seminar. The event will take place on April 12th and 13th in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you are a player in the aqua feed sector in Asia, we strongly urge you to attend the meeting. We believe that the meeting will be a catalyst in organizing a regional network of scientists, practical nutritionists, feed formulators and other professionals to focus on teh priorities of aquatic animal feed sector in Asia. Our subscription base is increasing, Potential advertisers are warming up to the magazine. We have a long way to go to make the magazine financially independent, but we are excited about the prospective future of the magazine and various other initiatives through our website, Feedware.com.
