Profile

Dr. Subramaniam Divakaran received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in veterinary medicine and Ph.D. in biochemistry from Madras Veterinary College, India. He currently heads the Central Analytical Laboratory in the Nutrition program at the Oceanic Institute, Hawaii. His research interests are in analytical chemistry and laboratory methods for assessment of nutritional quality of ingredients and feeds used in aquaculture. He has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals on the subject.
