Menghe Li is an Associate Research Professor of the Thad Cochran National Warmwater Aquaculture Center, Mississippi State University, Mississippi, USA. He received his Ph.D. in fisheries and allied aquacultures (fish nutrition) from Auburn University, Alabama, USA and has done 17 years of research in practical catfish nutrition and feeding. He has published numerous research articles and book chapters on catfish nutrition. A native of China, he presently lives in the US.
